Hi again,
It is worth mentioning that I am alive. And this blog is breathing. And I have travelled by air. Yes, down south. And visited a community that I have first met last 2009.
And needless to say, I got my first leave from work in three years. The timing was off since I was supposed to be the OIC while my boss was also out. But in a miraculous, out of this world force, my 14-day leave was granted. And six days were spent reuniting with friends in BARMM.
IT WAS A JOY. It was reenergizing reconnecting with old ties, talking about life, meeting their spouse and children, talking face to face, and laughing and crying on site and real time with people.
